I do! It's the only way I wash my girl as we don't have a tub! I strip off to my underwear as I end up just as sodden as her....she loves water but loathes bath time :D

I fed my pup barf as well, did you fed your gsd half barf half RC? or just barf? No she was just on RC and then the other two biscuits. I switched her cold turkey to 100% RAW

I would not leave if I couldn't take my animals either. I have Molly's crate and the cats cage by the front door ready to go if the need arose. I also have an emergency kit with food and water for all three of them too. Does anyone know if there is anywhere to donate items (animal food/bowls/clothing etc) for the flood victims?

I fed my GSD on RC, her poops were Okish but her coat was dull. Then tried her on Advance, no good, tried Artemis and it really didn't agree with her I have RAW fed her for months now and while it costs me a fortune, she is finally thriving!

Awww she is beautiful! :rolleyes: My GSD does the same thing when I let her out to go toilet...mooches around in the rain and then will flop down in a muddy puddle!

I got my pup spayed this year (QLD) and she doesn't have a tat. I never thought to ask as I thought they automatically did it upon de-sexing.

I am sorry you are in this situation. Somebody else mentioned it, but if it is an amicable split, and you can keep both dogs perhaps he could have visitation rights and perhaps take them out to the beach etc sometimes? I was in the same place you are about 7 years ago, we sold the house and I bought a crappy place so I could have both the dogs and the cats. My ex used to come and see his 'kids' sometimes. I hope you can work this out as I'm sure it is stressful enough without this worry :D

It could be bile from an empty stomach. My GSD is RAW fed twice daily and sometimes she would have a small bile upchuck early in the morning. You could try giving her a small snack at bedtime and see if that tides her over. That is what I have to do now.
