Help - Tips For Stinky Dog!
BC Crazy replied to brightstar123's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Hi temperamentfirst, out of interest what exactly is Dr Schuesslers tissue salt nerve tonic 5? I've never heard of it. Is it like a type of rescue remedy? -
Very true DD :D

I'm another who has found McDowell Herbal very helpful. I am currently several mixtures on my girl with positive results. They can also inform/help with diet if need be. Excellent service as well.

Geez Sheena Muzzled in it's own yard in case he escapes, Yiks !! They certainly look like a dog that could be a lethal weapon in the wrong hands or poorly bred. I haven't ever seen this breed before though I have heard of them. I thought they were only OS. I certainly hope he isn't breeding with him. Yes Vizslamomma, it's always about the $$$ with some isn't it ? And we all know who suffers in the end

Beautiful photo's. My favorite is the last one with the sun peeping through

How wonderful Bianca.... yaaa !!!! So pleased Cooper is recovering well. He's as handsome as ever even with an elizabeth collar on ;) Hope he is on his feet & pain free very soon. Not long to go & you can bring your baby home.

I have had both my guys on Augustines Super Boost for 18 months now. It is a natural/organic powder food supplement. I use it as an additive to my raw food diet. I have found it very good. They also make a raw diet as well. I haven't tried it as there are no local stockists.

Just quickly read through this thread. Very unusual behavior. Can't help but think their maybe some underlying health issue with your boy. I'm another who thinks I'd be off to the Vets with him. Get him checked out. Sorry this is happening. Must be very unnerving for you.

Cooper has pic perfect hips now :) do hope he can come home very soon Bianca & he makes a full speedy recovery.

Hi Bianca, how are you & your much loved boy going? Hope everything is OK :)

Tess Enjoy your lovely prezzies girl & rest easy. Tassie, I thought this thread was going to be about being a naughty teenager too for some reason. Don't know what I'm in for then when Stella gets older if these older girls think they can do what the like cause she pretty much thinks that now

Oh how horrific Hazy & another gorgeous Stan I just can't fathom the sheer terror of an attack like that this guilty dog is still out there which makes this horror even more scary. Who's next ???? What a lovely boy he was Please pass my sincere condolences to the tramatized family Hazy. R.I.P. lovely Stan. Run free sweet boy....

Thanks, will do :)

I didn't hear about a Grey getting killed in Kariong Hazy. How terrible It is just happening way to often to innocent folks & their much loved dog's. Something has got to be done to protect them surely.

Must admit I'd like to try my guys on this. I like the look of whats in it. I have to have grain free too though. There website isn't good. Hope they update it very soon. It is sooooo slow too. Good to hear stools are perfect though. Just wanted to add that if I need grain free I'd have to try the Tasty holistic I think as the Delganices has grain. I think that is the only difference.

Really good newspaper article HazyWal. Well done Good on you for having the guts to tell folks of your shocking ordeal. I think you & your Greys looked lovely :) Trust Stan to shine, must be all the meat pies  As far as Gosford council are concerned. Nothing has changed with them then. I lived in the area for close to 30 year & can never remember them being anything but totally useless & undecided. Weak as you know what.

The one I use is for dog/cats/horses goats. It's called Value Plus Kelp liquid from VetnPet direct. Just follow the directions to the letter.

Beautiful Lab. Gorgeous eye's. Loved the clip :) You can tell he is truly adored. -
Regarding the Seabreeze oil R. I don't have a hydro bath. I have a Suds Pro. & a Booster Bath. Sorry not computer savy so cant link. I use a few drops in their rinse off & leave it on. You can use a little in a bucket of water & pour it over them.I use a little in a spray bottle mixed with water before I daily groom. I give both mine Kelp liquid twice a week as well which does help. VetnPet Direct online stck this. I have tried Showstopper, but it didn't suit either of mine. You wont fix what is damaged but youll help all the new coat battle the elements & grow stronger/ healthier.

Poor Maddie Hazy sorry to hear she is struggling. I so hope she can overcome her fear.

Help! My Neighbour's Dog Killed My Husky :(
BC Crazy replied to HuskyDrake's topic in General Dog Discussion
A person of small stature and not a lot of strength ..shocked/scared, and with two strong dogs in a serious fight ? I don't blame you, Huskydrake .If you were not 100% certain of how to separate fighting dogs .. you were risking your own self . I agree with you Perse. We are forever being told not to get between 2 fighting dogs. I'm sure she did what she could. I get the impression English isn't her first language, perhaps she isn't able to express the emotions and state of mind she felt when she describes asking for help from the neighbours. I'm sensing English might not be the op's first language either & that too could maybe complicate communication at times. Especially in an emergency I would imagine.
