  1. 1 bit over 3kg dog I think would be about $40 per month, but that's buying Ziwi Peak which is $45 for a 1 kilo bag, vets all natural, k9 natural frozen, chicken necks, eggs and tinned sardines. There is no way if she was a big dog I would be able to afford to feed her the ziwi peak, but as she is only tiny one bag last for over a month.
  2. How horrible Gee if anything happened to me I would want my dog to live out her life to the full with family, not buried with me.
  3. I would never name a dog kaos or trouble and names like that as I feel animals grow into their names and I don't want to tempt fate lol.
  4. I would redose but would wait a day or two just cause that's me. They would have to eat massive amounts to overdose on it.
  5. Asti after the champagne, she is sweet and bubbley like her name sake :D
  6. Doesn't occur in Belgian Shepherds??? I guess my boy must still be alive somewhere then? I wasn't going to wade into this thread because I know the pain of losing a dog to this disease, but now you say he couldn't have had it? Espinay is right, LIDA is neither comprehensive nor reliable. I lost my little pomeranian X mini daschund last year to this cancer too. Omg those pups are just so squishable :D
  7. Yeah I found pet barn at carseldine froze theirs. Wilston are totally out of everything as I went to get some yesterday.
  8. Awww so cute. Clearly a much loved pup.
  9. Pet barn at Wilston sells them unfrozen.
  10. Asti only had a small amount of discharge, I read that often with the first heat there is less. Her toileting wasn't the best though as she had a few accidents in the first week but it seems better now in the second. I thought it was a little early for her heat but I guess she is a early bloomer, my past little dogs both were desexed at nearly 7 months with no sign of a heat.
  11. I'm going through the same thing now with my six month old pup, she came in a few days before she was meant to have her op. I would be interested to hear as well.
  12. Bumping this up as i too am interested in this food :)
  13. I have been buying the meat as my pup prefers it over me making it up myself, I put the smell down to it containing offal. But after using it for awhile it no longer smells so bad so I must be getting used to it.
  14. Gambit and my dog Asti would make the happiest looking puppies in the world
  15. Aww he is beautiful :D I have my own dog version of Tard
  16. would this be the dog who you crate "trained" by leaving it outside in a crate screaming the neighbourhood down? How could week old puppies be running around eating mouse bait and why did you leave it down where dogs and puppies could reach it? Do everyone a favour and stop dispensing your unsound advice, you clearly have no idea. Yes she said the puppy lost its voice from screaming for so many days. And the time your dog was playing with a kitten and you looked away and looked back and your dog had killed it. I agree with rebanne, you have no idea.
  17. No, only if its a type of dog that intrests me.
  18. My little pup has just turned 5 months, she is growing to quick!! She is now taller than my sisters chihuahua who is a good measuring stick  Spiro you pup is so sweet :D Congrats!
  19. What a cutie! I have a 5 month old pup and use an indoor toilet too (mines called a spotty potty). My pup is really well adjusted and i work full time also, i work to far away to do a lunch time run and she was fine.
  20. I wouldnt make the first email too long as i found when i was looking for my pup it was better just to do a shorter introduction of yourself and what home you can provide as well as alittle about what kind of pup you are looking for. I also always ended mine with please feel free to ask me any questions. That always got a good response instead of my intital long winded one.
  21. Poor Bonnie . When i have my pup out and about i am always getting kids rushing over and picking her up or they may ask to pat her and instead they pick her up, its a real pain. Hugs for Bonnie and i hope all goes well
