My old boss had a GSP who was running around on their farm while they were on the slasher as he had done many times before, but this time ended up being killed instantly as he ended up under it. Machinery/cars and dogs don't mix IMO.

Griffs are fantastic little dogs and are very loyal to their owners so I don't know how one would go being kennelled or being away from their owners often, I know mine would hate it. Other than that and if they had a small fenced off yard around the house it sounds like a good match as they love being inside with you being spoilt attached to your lap or just following you around. But I wouldn't trust any breed without a fence.

My smooth coat griff constantly gets stopped wherever we go, lots of people think she is a pug cross and have never heard of the breed. She loves the attention and my boyfriend and I just laugh about it as we have even had people pull up at lights next our car and start asking about her lol.

I have been using it for my small dog as she went off VAN and she does great on it, no negative feed back here.

The dog was bitten more than once.

My griff does that, I thought it was just the monkey coming out in her lol.

My girls favourite toy would have to be her tiny tennis balls and her furry ball with eyes, she is ball mad!

I buy the kong brand ones that say are not abrasive for their teeth which is very important for a dog that lives with it in her mouth.

Even microchipping isn't fail safe though, I had to change my address on my last dogs details and found out after 8yrs of having her chipped her number was mixed up with another dog (guessing the chip stickers were mixed with another dog that got chipped at the same vet that day) so there was no chance I would have been able to get her back through her chip.

I had two girls and it was never a problem, one was a terrier and tough as nails and the other was a gentle pomx and they always just gelled nicely together.

I have pet insurance plus she is tiny so she is cheap to feed, she gets the smallest in everything so that makes buying heartworm meds, toys, beds, crates, collars etc, heaps cheaper than a big dog.

A groodle to me is a cross breed, while a mongrel to me is a bitsa. I like the name bitsa better than mongrel.

Stuiped me didn't think of the oven! I have had a dog before affected by virbac dental treats which where recalled, to get my money back on blood tests they required you to sign a form that resolves them of all responsibility and you could not take any action against them. These treats were made in Thailand.

Makes me really want to just buy a dehydrator and make all my own treats.

The op said the owner hasn't said they want the surgery paid for just the purchase price back.

Just saw an ad for a puppy born with no eyes for sale in Brisbane, its a little samyoed x golden. Is this true that if the litter is big the first time the pups can be born with no eyes? Yes good point This Plus they are not shoving it down people's throats and going into other threads like another food. I don't see anything wrong with this thread, if you don't like it then don't click on it.

I sometimes give my dog ziwipeak canned just to mix it up with her other food.

I have had a few people think my smooth haired griffon is a made up breed, and it's so hard to get them to understand she is a pure breed, and the breed name isn't a mix of other breed names.

Looks like a great buy, it's in good nick. You won't regret it, I love my bath.
