And are realllllly expensive! It's the normal room rate + 60 per pet, per night!

Not allowing access to furniture isn't training them to not chew it. To train to not chew something, you allow access and then disciplne when they show a behaviour you don't want. I have two completely puppy proof rooms, and the rest of the house they are allowed access to unsupervised as there isn't much damage they can do. I think your pups going to want a bigger space to play than a few square meters of a pen.

I found baby gates to close off rooms easier than playpens, especially for a stronger pup who really just knocks down play pens (or like my Pug, discovered that it wasn't bolted down and just moved it around the room with her to where she wanted to go )

When my pug was little she loved eating dirt and sand, but she grew out of it if I ignored her. If I told her off or gave her any attention when she was doing it, it became a game for her and she kept doing it. Now she just sucks on rocks, but doesn't actually swallow them. Although she does still love to smoosh her face into a big pile of dirt or sand

My guys are inside the house all day when I'm at work - one in the kitchen and one in the sunroom. I don't know what size your dogs runs are, but these rooms are probably a similar sized, or maybe smaller, than a dog run. They definetly aren't neglected or miserable for this. They sleep 80% of the day, they play with their toys, eat their bones, and redecorate the walls for me - and most of they are safe. I'm not worrying about them digging their way out of the yard, or people taking them out of the yard, or them terrorising the neighbors by barking at every single noise at the fence. If keeping my dogs safe in a small area makes me a bad owner, well by all means make me a badge, I'll happily be a bad owner.

Crate covers are cute, but expensive so if you can make one, go for it! I use a sheet to cover my crate to make it darker/more cave-like for the one one that likes it that way (the other prefers hers uncovered). And because I like cute thing, I use cute kiddie cartoon sheets, usually ones I pick up at the op-shop for a few dollars.

Grand manor is dog friendly, I've stayed there. Mostly in Canberra I stay at the Belconnon Way Motel, it's pet friendly and cheap, plus really decent for cheap accommodation.

That beagle has a funny looking mum :D

I wouldn't do it, you can't be guaranteed you're getting the correct amount of the active ingredients. Splitting it in half doesn't mean you're getting half of each ingredient. I'd rather spend a few extra dollars and ensure my dogs are covered properly.

I see them all as slightly over exposed too, on both my laptop and my phone. And #1 with the eyes shut really annoys me, I'd not use it if it was of my dogs, I'd want eyes open.

Sounds good to me! Might need to investigate them. Though i think the stinkyness is why my guys love them.
-
What do they do to them to make them odour free?

For the people that want a thread for gumtree ads, you could just bookmark gumtree and go there directly?

Is the breeder desexing him? Sounds like their heart might be in the right place, not letting the pups go to new homes with any chance of them being used for breeding, they just need a bit if further education!

Yep, can just see the two little ones, no big one. Oh well. Gives a chance to get some other stuff done while she's under I guess.

My pug Max is 12 months old and still has her two baby teeth where the one sharp pointy tooth should be. The vet (not her usual/preferred one, but one she has seen a few times) told me they should come out and did i want to book her in next week. I flailed and said no (need DOL advice first ) but also his main reason for them needing to come out was that food gets stuck between them, and i need more of a reason than that to put my brachy breed under a GA (not helped that when i mentioned my hesitation in putting my squishie face under GA the vet made a joke about how the only time pugs can breathe properly is when they are under GA with a breathing tube). Shes not fed dry or tinned food anyway, shes fed raw (mostly bones, chunks of beef, some minced stuff/slop mix) and barely chews anyway coz shes a pug lol So is "food getting stuck" a valid reason for ripping out the puppy teeth, or are there other health reasons and he was just using that one? Another thing that annoyed me about the vet was that he said if had waited to have he desexed at 6 months this wouldnt be an issue because they would have seen it then and done it while she was under. She WAS desexed at six months, by HIM personally . Its my other (male) pug that was desexed at 13 weeks and he apparently holds that against me for some reason. So, annoying vet aside (and ill take her in for a second opinion when our usual vet gets back) - rip puppy teeth out?

Mine trashed them while they were being worn, and the pieces were nowhere to be found, except in the poo a few days later  This weekend we are off to find a new pair that aren't so appetizing!

They may get a real home from being posted on gumtree, DOL'ers aren't the only "real" homes for dogs.

Max's favourite game is to chase the ball once, but not bring it back, she makes me chase her to get it back. I guess my 1 year old pug would fail! -

Basically they fail a dog for showing dog-like behaviour -

A simple google search will show you this person doesn't seem verty legit. Nearly every result is showing some sort of scam. Also, seems bird training is their main game, dog training is a recent addition! -
Definetly not the cobs, but kernels are fine.

There are some ripples on the water, but not on the reflection -
