Any chance of a red schnauzer?
-
The blue tint to the shampoo works to make the coat (or washing look whiter) simply due to the way our eyes work - a blue white looks brighter then a normal 'white' Agree with the others, it won't remove stains any better then other normal shampoos, but it does give a lift to the white on a dogs coat. it also does a good job on black coats too!!

it sounds like it was done out of ignorance and frustration at the dogs behaviour, instead of a deliberate act to cause the dog suffering.

What a great idea!

Well Meaning Friends Want To Visit The New Babies!
becks replied to LizT's topic in Breeders Community
just explain the pups aren't doing anything, so they really are no more interesting to view then a photo, then you can send regular photos of the pups to friends/puppy buyers etc. Explain it takes a few weeks before they are starting to become aware of their surroundings and to start to show any personality. -
What Do Puppy Prices Make You Think Of Breeders?

it's something they will be paying for at some point of owning a dog! -

why don't you include the cost of desexing in the price? -
or it could be some breeds just have the one entry?

Vaccinating At 16 Wks ........ Do You Or Dont You?
becks replied to Jsk's topic in General Dog Discussion
We use Nobivac which over ride dams immunity, vacc at 8 weeks and 11 weeks. -
I'd start with a profile on DOL. A lab doesn't have to be shown, maybe he could work in some other way - agility, gundog trials, obedience, endurance...... and then try to get him out to the occasional show, so the breeders can see him in the flesh.
-
The Nobivac vaccine will over ride the mother immunity in the pup, so will last for life. However, there is the occasional dog where a vaccine doesn't 'take' and it is thought these are the vaccinated dogs who later contract the vaccinated disease.

Interesting just how close they are to a Giant Schnauzer when clipped off!!

beef liver tea has the recipe and instructions many times in this forum, if you do a search. I keep puppy stim and nutridrops on hand for the slow ones, it does help to give them the energy to feed.

From what you have said here, it sounds like sparring is just an excuse to show off an DA dog and blame it on the breed characteristics. is this really the type of temperament that should be being bred (when most will end up in pet homes), no wonder dogs of today are more 'flat' then days of yore.
-
have a look at the breeds 101 section of the forum, this has already been done for many breeds!

How about using the 7 deadly sins?

1 year from the last vacc, if you choose to repeat vaccinate each year

i wouldn't leave any collar on when the dog is not supervised.

Something You Experienced Breeders Didn't Tell Me!
becks replied to LizT's topic in Breeders Community
it just gets your nose in training for the times you great the pups first thing in the morning after a night of pooping in their pen and running around in it. -
Take lots of photos of the dog doing the things that gives him joy, so you can have the photographic memories.

from 4 weeks. It is easier to count at 4 weeks but you see more detail in an individual pup at a later date.
-
And the reasons they stopped the license last time were due to only some of the responcible owners buying a licence. it's bad enough we get taxed just to own a TV!
-
highlight on the dogs name in the database, then look at the side bar for the option you want for 5 gen pedigree and click on that, the pedigree then opens infront of you!

Can't you get a prescription for the food and then buy it from an online retailer? This is possible in the UK.
-
any online groomers suppliers or even some pet shops have them.
