Same here . I am actually one off those people who can’t deal with it being my last memory. The dogs always have a family member there and one day I will have to be that person but I find it insulting that people presume the dog is less loved than someone who stays . I also know many vets who struggle with owners who make the time far more stressful for the pet . Have your opinion but anyone who tells me I’m gutless for not being there will regret those words if said to my face .

Cavies can be fussy eaters but owners can enhance the fussy . Teething can be a horrid time for some pups including sore ear canals and inflamed tonsils . Diet change can cause havoc on the stomach and let’s face it when we have the runs we don’t feel like eating but chicken isn’t always the best option . We do Turkey and pumpkin

In the last 10 or more years in our business I have seen a whole new element off badly behaved dogs . Nearly all have 1 common factor taken too the dog park as puppies and allowed to run feral with no rules, boundaries or expectations. Also lead training in the last few years has been terrible due to owners too lazy to walk there dogs onlead, train them too walk nicely as the park becomes there problem solver . This is age is so crucial for setting a pup up to be a enjoyable adult and a dog people want too live with, take out and be proud off . lead manners are crucial, exploring the outside world in regards to seeing cars, bikes, people ,prams so vital . Many off these dogs value other dogs more than there human and these same dogs drag there owners around when they see another dog as it’s never been taught values . So your question is as a responsible owner is . If puppy runs off what is your plan? How have you set your pup up for a good park experience? If puppy gets bullied by other dogs as it’s a pup and annoying what’s your method to handle it ? i don’t do offleash parks as it teaches bad life skills ,pups go to Bunnings, cafes, local football matches to experience calm and managed outings for adult life skills

You shouldn’t buy a dog because family members are pushing you . If that’s your reason you need to think again

We require bank transfer ,bank cheque or cash on the day . Puppy has a receipt and the Sales contract clearly outlines this that both parties sign and we retain a copy owner ,original .

I personally like to teach my dog to eat from a bowl and enrichment another activity . Why a friend who is a diehard enrichment person has just dealt with a sick dog where feeding was out off the normal and with extended vet stay and the dog had no clue how to eat from a bowl and it became a dilemma. As for toys it’s what ever works for that dig . Mine think the toilet roll inner is the greatest toy and cardboard boxes ,another is a teddy nut . Don’t over think it . With our boarding kennels dogs we do food hunts with the flat sports markers with hole in the top, fill the toilet roll inner with food so they can shred ,bubble wand anything is possible without making it expensive or ordering everything . On Amazon you can buy pet sensory mats

You need to contact Breeders to find prices ,it’s the easiest and correct info which will also allow you to know the potential waiting time

You won’t win anything as it’s not a battle .. The couriers don’t work on your schedule or what makes life easy for you . You need to create a solution when you block off access to your front door . Its your role to offer a safe solution .

Unpapered pups from registered breeder of other breed
Dogsfevr replied to Confused2021's topic in Puppy Chat
I don’t see this as all about the hubby . Maybe he wanted this pup for himself and you have the other dog to enjoy .That you both have a dog in there life . Many older dogs don’t play straight away that is not abnormal at all. It doesn’t mean pup needs to be placed with another dog this is where the humans step up as they would with an adult single dog with enrichment in there daily lives . Its not craving attention from the other dog it just sees the other dog as it’s litter mates or mum if a good player . Why is the breeder refusing to talk too you ? -

Unpapered pups from registered breeder of other breed
Dogsfevr replied to Confused2021's topic in Puppy Chat
Your concern should be contacting the breeder and giving them the opportunity to have input . Your concerns are over the top and based on no communication with the actual source . You don’t want the pup fine sooner it’s out the better as a puppy will feel all this tension . The plane trip is no drama and could be less drama than be shoved off to a rescue ,then a foster and who knows what from there . This pup did not sign up for this first and foremost and it needs to be the priority not all the other stuff at present especially as your not keeping it . The rescue will sell the pup and the breeder has every right to resell the pup if returned in the same condition it left and if you communicate with the breeder they may refund purchase price but you pay the plane trip home . At the moment you need to make the pup the priority off where it’s future is -
Unpapered pups from registered breeder of other breed

To clarify which dogzonline site this one or dogsonline there are two . Personally i think your over thinking it all because you dont want the pup . The breeder can sell the pup at 8 weeks ,what others dog is there opinion & choice does not mean those who hang on to the pups till 12 weeks are any better because most bitches have had enough at a certain age & anything after 8 weeks then requires a breeder who is very mindful off socializing well ,exposing it to outside world & going the extra yards for the next 4 weeks to ensure the pup has meet the crucial aspects of that life stage not just sat in the backyard till 12 weeks just because . We place out at 8 sometimes 10 weeks ,factors can vary from the weather ,the actual litter ,how involved the mum is being & the actual homes . Some pups run on to 12 weeks can be harder to adjust if the breeder hasnt given skills to learn .At 5 weeks we start lead training ,6 weeks first full grooming session with clippers .others hang on till 10 weeks & do nothing ,its not a black n white scenario Dogs QLD are very behind in litter regos & in our scenario im listed for 3 breeds on Dol,only breed one . I actually red no red flags form the vague info your given to make any judgement . Personally if this breeder is legit in what ever fashion i would be pissed if you didnt contact me to return or rehome so ethics go both ways in your question which as a dogsNSW member would be something you tell anyone is to first off contact the breeder for help & base you plans from there You have chosen not to -
