Traffic Stop Saves Cat From Owner’s Plate [literally[
Kirislin replied to Skruffy n Flea's topic in In The News
He sounds very disturbed, accusing the cat of getting pregnant but it's a neutered male. Huh? and saying it's possessive greedy and wasteful. I wonder if he has a woman in his life and if so how does he treat her. -
You could make a card out of this, you just have to come up with a good caption. gilas might work.
-
She looks fantastic for a big 10 yo dog too.
-
OMG If it's not what it looks like, just tell us exactly what it was. Asha has some explaining to do.

Bec, you'd be most welcome to come and take pics of them. We're having another whippet fun day next month, at this stage planned for Saturday Sept 18th. You are welcome to come along to that or did you mean you wanted to take pics of mine. I dont usually take them to our fun days 'cause I am busy with helping to run the day. Let me know either way.

Yep, I know that bloke, I used to race with that club at Tooradin. It looks like the greyhound is retired so I am guessing it might have been a slow one. Good publicity for the club though, I hope it generates alot of interest for them.

No, it shouldn't peirce her upper gum if that's what you mean it's doing. Poor bubby needs braces. I dont think that's what will happen though, might have the tooth removed.

Just thought of 2 more to add to my list. Min Pin French Bulldog after seeing all the cute funny pics of them here on DOL

I saw Larissa there. -
Love the expression on Charch's face in the last one. It's like he's thinking, I've got something stuck in my teeth. hahahhaa

Yep, cute factor overload. Asha is a lovely colour isn't she, like polished wood.

Great captures Annie! not 2 shadows, one's a shadow one's a reflection.

Yes, which is much the same as what my Vet advised with my guys. I am actually very surprised they did. Maybe the vet weighed it up as the lesser of 2 evils. Sounds like it could potentially have done alot of damage had it been left.
-
No to both because I dont even think I would have a dog that was aggressive to either dogs or humans.

It was here a minute ago, did it suddenly turn nasty?

Yep, they're pretty fast, and those boys aren't especially fast for whippets. Until recently their mum Penny could run them down, and little Feather could beat them in a straight line too. I've had whippets for over 25 years now, and I still never tire of watching them run. Thanks for looking.

wake us up when it's Summer. That's a very whippeticious thing to do.

That might have been Lectric which is what I always recommend and I have it in my bathroom cabinet for just this situation. I wonder if it didn't work because he was just so full of dry food it couldn't disolve and do it's thing. Probably just all squished up with the dry food.

6 cups!! what a little pig!!!!! I am so glad you took him to the vet.

Update and good news for Bosley. She went back to GAP a couple of weeks ago and was put into their foster care and they noticed she was much improved from her first assessment. Apparently she is even cat friendly which didn't come from any training I did with her, it must just be her natural friendly nature. She's gone with a foster carer now who it seems plans on keeping her if it works out. I am so pleased for her. Now her owners have another dog for me to work on. Tiggy, litter brother to Drill 'em who is a super star. Tiggy was a handy race dog but not of the same class as his brother. He's just been desexed so I'll give him a few days and then start taking him to the park etc like I did for his little sister Bos.

I think that might be a good idea.

I answered no to all three questions for all 5 dogs. One of mine does have suspected epilepsy though but I wasn't sure where to put that. Penny has an old injury from racing but otherwise, as far as I know my lot are really REALLY healthy. Mine are aged Penny 11 1/2, Kibah 10 1/2, Feather 8, and Tag and Puck are 6

perfect for this months challenge.

I've been watching "on the trail of Genghis Khan", the story of Tim Copes ride across Asia and Europe on horseback. He gets given a dog in the second episode and as soon as I saw that I started worrying about what will happen to Tigon when the journey ends. I couldn't help myself so I googled Tigon and was delighted to see he brought him home to Australia! It's a lovely looking dog, sort of like a long dog, looks very sighthoundy. http://www.timcopejourneys.com/index.pl?page=2921 http://www.timcopejourneys.com/page/journe...e-in-australia/
