Ot, but Oscar has to be one of the most stunning dogs i have seen Try US sites they seem to have everything

My dally has never been interested in toys, or playing with other dogs, he lives for walks where he can rummage through the long grass flushing out bunnies. I don't see it as a problem at all, its just the way he is. :) I have a BT who is the opposite, loves to play tug, and chew anything, and loves playing with any dog who can manage her combat play

To Report Or Not To Report...
juice replied to Chris the Rebel Wolf's topic in General Dog Discussion
I would go letter too, explain that your dog is older and is getting upset, and that you really don't want to report it, but someone else might. We had a new neighbour a few years back who came from the country and thought it was fine for his 2 cattle dogs to terrorise the whole street, one was very fear aggressive.( did bite another neighbour on the thigh). I lost the plot one day when one was on my front lawn growling at my daughter, she couldn't get past to come home from school, i had few choice words with him  We are now good friends, i apologized for my rant, however he now has a very friendly kelpie who charges across the road to play with my 3 when we go out  -
And comming here and making threats ,when we have no idea who you are, and really couldn't have cared, helps you ,how? Just dug yourself a big hole methinks
-
Didn't answer my question, do you desex, or are you just pulling dogs and sending them all over?
-
So sorry Jane. Your love and devotion to those others would give up on is huge, you are a gem. You do make a difference, and thats what counts. Thinking of you.
-
I have no idea who you are, but wow, very threatening comments. Do all your dogs get desexed before they are rehomed?
-
Personally i wouldn't have got another dog for him, he doesn't sound like he needs one. Most dogs sleep allday when you re gone. It may work, or she may boss him around ( girls do  )

My Neapolitan Mastiff Bit Me (a Serious Bite)
juice replied to cybergenesis's topic in General Dog Discussion
You allowed the lab in while leaving the neo out, elevating him up, neo smacked him back down. You need to mention all this when you have the consult. -

So you have had the lab 2 years and he is the first to go? be careful you are not being 'breed blind". you do need help, should have done it after the first fight. what was the neo breeder thinking? -
Have a chat to your parents and see what they want to do. You could mention to him that if she needs an emergency c section has he got thousands of dollars to spare? Do your parents know what he is thinking. run it past them with some hard facts if things go wrong.

Bullterrier , And Mature Breeder Dog Questions ,
juice replied to jase293's topic in General Dog Discussion
Personally i wouldn't buy a pup again, i am so over having everything trashed  Around 2/3 yrs old is my ideal age. I also can't afford the price tag of a pup, mature dogs are normally given to the best of homes for the fee of desexing, which i would do anyway. :) -
Too far for me, get him to come to my area :)

Sounds like you have my bully all in one  She eats anyone's poo she can, and drinks in large amounts only a few times a day ( i can tell as the water bowl is by the back door and she makes such a noise when she drinks) Mine i think is just too lazy to get up and drink allday

Bullterrier , And Mature Breeder Dog Questions ,
juice replied to jase293's topic in General Dog Discussion
To be brutally honest Jase, they are not easy to approach. I have had bullies all my life, and have rescued a few, but when i sent out 3 emails to breeders whose dogs i liked, all about myself, my dogs, my setup etc, not one replied. It took the power of dol to help me and recommend me a breeder . -
Bullterrier , And Mature Breeder Dog Questions ,

Forgot about the nose thing, i have seen a few lately round here that look awefull apparantly pure bred, look like leggy sighthounds in the mix, one lady even told me hers wasn't a "roman nose one" , thats why it looked like a mutt. Couldn't be bothered to tell her no such thing. Find a breeder whose dogs you like the look of and then see if they have any mature dogs, often they are not on their site, but they may have one comming up that needs a home. -
Bullterrier , And Mature Breeder Dog Questions ,
juice replied to jase293's topic in General Dog Discussion
Hi Jase, if you are near me you are welcome to come and see my slug of a BT  I got her as a mature dog from a breeder. She came from another state and i had to jump through hoops to get the breeder to let me have her, so be prepared for this. Lots of bully breeders don't run their dogs together, so it was hard for me to get a good match with my 2 other dogs. Mine was never shown, she has floppy ears ,she was bred from. Temp wise, brilliant dog, has had a coupe of dogs have a go on walks and she just stands there looking like wtf She loves other dogs, but plays hard. They are not an easy dog, there has to be someting in it for them to do anything. They go through things instead of around  And what Teebs said, no such thing as lock jaw. OT, is the Atlas awake ;) -

Just a question about meat, can you refreeze it? My petshop only sells the lamb frozen in 1kg's, and as i have reduced Bonn's portions it is sitting in the fridge for about 5 days, so gets a bit brown. Is it ok, or can i refreeze it ? -
The interview with the stepfather said the dog was in a run and it jumped out, you could see they were just mesh with kennels in, there was a rottie in one, and the rear end of what looked like a cattle in another. It was a shame at the end they posted footage of an amstaffy, even though they said it was a RRX in the attack, and said the dog was similar to it, more bad exposure for bull breeds when they don't need it.

The black dog being poled looked like a mutt, poor mum as she ran into the ambulance, so upsetting to see her The ban is working then, not.
