  1. Beautiful photos. It's a dogs life, in the right home. :)
  2. Go Percy !!! Love it how the Kelpies back off and let Percy do his thing. :)
  3. Sorry, I did not know a Sled Dog was an official breed of dog. I would feel sorry for a horse or mule to do that race.
  4. Our Beautiful Boy Digger = 10 yr. Cattle Dog has loved to chew and carry his sticks or logs on our walks and his teeth are a lot more worn than yours. :)
  5. We use for Heartworm = Panoramis Panoramis covers the Heartworm and Fleas. We only use Frontline Spray which covers for Fleas and Ticks. ( We use this rarely ) It is expensive but very effective for it's use. We use worm tablets from our Vets for worms that Panoramis will not cover. We live on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Hope this helps. :)
  6. It looks a bit cruel to me. A dog dragging you in a race for what ?
  7. We are happy for anyone to pat our dogs, specially small people. As long as they ask which happens quite often on our leash walks, our dogs sit or drop depending on age of small people or sometimes handicapped then all good for dogs and people. :)
  8. Will say a prayer for you and your family.
  9. No, our hounds are to busy sleeping. :) One in bed, one in front of the heater and one behind the couch where no one will disturb him. :)
  10. Our dogs love the ute. :) When I have the ute to take to the park, as OH has our Troopy, Honey and Digger in the back. Digger behind the driver and Honey behind the passenger seat and they are well tethrered and I am constantly checking the mirrors. They have done this for 10 years and never a problem. Lucky-Dog sits in the front passenger seat. :)
  11. What about Valentine, in the short version Val. :) I do like Boof or Boofhead. It reminds me of a beautiful childhood friend. :)
  12. Hello sas, what do you feed your dogs ? Lucky-Dog :)
  13. We are a big fan of camping at Delicate Nobby Camp grounds just south of Crescent Head on the NSW Mid North Coast. It is dog friendly, although it is very rough and ready. Bore water showers and toilets, and it is find your own spot of comfort. You camp right next to beaches and can have campfires at night weather permitting. Everyone just seems to be super friendly and get on there. Very dog tolerant. We are biased but give it a 5 Star rating if you love camping. :) $15 a night camp site. Avoid Christmas, school holidays as they are very busy. :)
  14. Beautiful photos. All dogs have smiles on their faces. :)
  15. Digger our old boy loves a crutch sniff on humans, especially females. It is embarrassing and we apologise every time. We think because he has been diagnosed as blind, thats why he does it. Some humans he becomes super exited for. :)
  16. Stein = noun = large earthenware beer mug = ORIGIN mid 19th cent : from German Stein, literally ' stone ' from Apple dictionary. So what about Stein or Stone as in Cold Stone Steve Austin a former WWE wrestling Icon. Anyway thats my 2 bobs worth. :)
  17. Thank you for the reminder. "She who must be obeyed" says we updated details approx. 6 months ago. :)
  18. We recently have changed from all Nutro to Nutro and Taste of the Wild. We have one bag of Caandie ready to go after Nutro runs out. I like the idea of having dog shit that you can kick to pickup as quoted from someones Vet. :) It is a work in progress. :)
