  1. Happy gotcha day Stan!! He's tooooo beautiful
  2. That's adorable huga
  3. Same here. Some days they get one meal, sometimes two.
  4. Beautiful dogs, one of my favourite breeds :) not a dog for the inexperienced or inactive though.
  5. Our fencing isn't see through and the dogs don't care. If they could see through all the time they would bark and fence run.
  6. Awww look at him :) glad he's safe and sound.
  7. ViszlaMomma! I can empathise. Mosley is a good boy these days at almost 6 but as a pup..... He ate the carpet in a rental property. Lili, my Aussie, ate the phone lines/cords in that same house. He ate two remote controls, one laptop, one mobile phone, one coffee table and one queen mattress. Lili ate a foam chair and numerous books.
  8. It's a shame that was the first breeder she saw but she's giving up pretty quickly, I'd be checking out another breeder if I was her, do you think she would consider it or is she now dead against the idea? How sucky that the first breeder she met was a bad example Can't really blame her.
  9. Everyone thinks Lili is a Koolie, they argue with me when I say she's an Aussie
  10. Yep, I ask them how their day was, if they were noisy while I was out, what they're having for dinner, where we're going for walkies etc etc etc
  11. Yeah without knowing the dog its impossible to judge whether its the right way to go or not.
  12. Put him to sleep, we don't need people like that in the world. End of.
  13. My mum hound-sits for us but having dogs does mean that we go away a lot less and it means you can't be as impulsive about those sorts of things
  14. Omg I LOVED CatDog and it does look like it ...aaaaand now the theme songs in my head...
  15. Yes. My dogs don't pull so it doesn't affect how they walk.
  16. I find a lot of people seem to assume everyone using a harness is a moron that can't control their dog, there are lots of reasons they can be useful.
  17. Great post. We use front attach harnesses and don't have any issues with pulling.
  18. I've seen kids of around 6 walking staffys around our area no control whatsoever.
  19. Ours wear harnesses, although we rarely (if ever) go to dog parks, but we've never had an issue :)
  20. What Steve said, my boy is half Maremma and the barking is the biggest issue.
  21. I'm so sorry to hear this pesh what a beautiful boy. Lots of hugs to you , RIP Chisel.
