But then it wouldn't rhyme with Louis :D Chewy and Louis And Cresties :D -
Thank you Kirislin :) I wish it was ours but just renting. That's the granny flat you're looking at - it doesn't look nearly so pretty inside  It's funny, RallyValley visited recently and said it always feels very English too.

This is the one that visits us each day :) I think it's a Raven and I've just noticed one of the files is imag0666

We have a daily visit from a raven, super intelligent birds! He sits on top of our open kitchen door waiting for his daily treat  He has snuck up behind Indy a couple of times after she has walked past him and given her tail a peck - much to her shock! It really did look more like a playful peck rather than out to do any real damage. Louis hates him and chases him off when he sees him in the garden - the raven doesn't go far though  I did see one taking on a big blue tongue at the side of the highway the other day, the blue tongue was backing away as fast as it could! The traffic was moving too fast to stop, so not sure of the outcome of that battle....

Thanks Tassie :) I know we are fortunate to be one of the lucky ones so far with this condition. He is still on the full dose of the cyclosporin, but the pred has been tapered right down and we should be stopping that this weekend depending on the blood test results :D She's good at happy beach face

Certainly not an overreaction! Glad Rosie was all ok :) Is anyone going to be at The Royal on Friday? I'm heading there for the first time with a friend but would be nice to say hello if anyone else will be there :) Had a lovely walk with Daisy at Kwinana today, it was gorgeous down there! Louis is doing very well with the IMHA, but can't go for walks due to the immune suppressant drugs he is still on. eta pics.

Sorry should have said, yes it does run a bit so just do it a tiny bit at a time and have some cotton wool handy to smear it in the right direction :) -
Chinese Cresteds And Tick Preventative
CrazyCresties replied to Stormy's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I don't use anything on Louis as he has IMHA at the moment, and we are in a low risk area, but have used Frontline a couple of times in the past. Having looked on the USA based Crestie forum, many people seem to use the spot-on treatment, but just put it a bit higher up in their crest. Maybe pm YellowGirl as she has a lot of Crestie experience :) Nemo is a cutie-pie :D -

 Just love her expression! Her eyes in the last shot are priceless :D -
Forgot one Snow-bum :D
-
Not true :) See YG's chart. My Daisy is a PP, but kept clipped short as she is just a pet and happier that way, but she has a very different coat to a hairy hairless. I think Louis is a hairless x sparsely coated  They can be snuggle-bums beach-bums or bush-bums :D Bowie is gorgeous indigirl

 Glad to hear she is doing so well, and the photos are great - she looks like such a character! :D

When I brought my guys over from the UK with me, they ate Nature's Gift while in quarantine for 30 days and did fine on it. Their poo remained pretty firm and weight wise they did well. Before they had been fed a totally raw diet, but I swapped them over to some similar food in the UK before the move. I usually have a couple of cans in the pantry, along with some tinned mackerel or sardines if I forget to defrost something, especially for Louis as he can't have raw at the moment.

Great shots Piper You got some super ones of the fireworks and funfair! Love the little piglets and goats too :D What lens did you use? I'm off to the Perth Royal for the first time this year and wondered which lens to take with me, I'm tossing up between the 70-200 or my 100mm?

They are both adorable I think you are in for a whole world of pain with those two trouble makers

Cute video! and love the new photos too :D
