Gila, I just want to say that I love each and every one of your photos. They always make me smile, you are very clever :)

 Aww thanks Huga.

Becks - It took me awhile to figure out that that was your washing line encased in ice!

Snap - I like the perspective and voyeuristic feel to that shot.

Aziah - Better late than never! Your corgis look so soft and huggable!

Redangel - That pointy little poodle nose is very cute

SBT123 - Your daughter looks like she has such a spunky attitude. It comes across in all your photos of her.

Lea - Nice depth of field. Monty really stands out from the background

kja - what a beautiful lunch spot! WHere is that?

ETA I apologise for all the kid shots. My days are pretty boring and usually involve dogs, kids and a sewing machine.

Lunch spot is in a place called Turtle Bay at the Muiron Islands, most northerly bits of the Ningaloo reef where I live. I was out on the boat guiding divers and this is where we had lunch and played with some turtles, sharks, rays & fishies during our lunchtime snorkel.

huga - those eyelashes! Jealous, totally!

pixie - pretty flowers!

Kirislin - really like that shot...very cool subject and I love the way you've done it.

Anniek: I love the shot... was the blessing for a religus reason? (pg 47)

I have no idea (MIL doesn't speak much English) OH tells me it's Epiphany Day - Feast of Theophany - which celebrates the revelation of God made Man in the person of Jesus Christ.
