  1. No one? I would also like to know more about this too. I have a fear of cutting my dogs nails since once years ago I did cut one too close and it was traumatic for both of us. I now avoid the issue and I just walk my dogs regularly over rough surfaces hoping it will wear them down naturally or ask the vet or groomer to do them. A dremel sounds scary and I don't think I could do it but I would like to know more about the guillotine versus scissors type of clippers. Any recommendations or advice welcome. I MUCH prefer the scissor type clippers. Always seem to get a cleaner, less forceful cut with them than the guillotine varieties.
  2. Thats sounding like a bit of a step in the right direction
  3. I think thats probably quite accurate Koolies can be quite small
  4. Im just drooling! Looks so cool. http://petphotographyretreats.com/about/
  5. I cant believe this has even been written and is enough of a bill to be passed! honestly the government amazes me. but also know a few people who support it wholeheartedly because they think it will stop puppy farmers. Obviously they dont care about any other breeder either.
  6. Yes, I was stunned at that (along with the rest of it) What about all the breeders who pull a sickly or weak puppy through by feeding liver water. No longer allowed. ive shared this in a raw feeding group to hopefully get some more signatures and letters written. Because that is just ridiculous.
  7. Just be careful of any foldable wire crates, i saw some horrific pictures of some after a crash and they were not pretty
  8. You may just need some sort of automatic waterer that somehow cant be moved around or eaten... its a tricky one!
  9. Wow. Great photos. they really tell a story
  10. At home i use a booster bath and the homemade hydrobath pump above. at work i have a BARF hydrobath and love it :)
  11. Thanks for the tip!! Wow so it doesn't affect you when she takes off after a roo!? That's so impressive. I think our homemade job is like the WalkyDog, but if it snaps off or something (most likely to happen when we're putting it on and off the ute) and I get sick of getting Dwayne to make a new one I'm still keen on the Springer. Have you had any experience with Ezydog Harnesses? I like the idea of the dogs having harnesses that match their collars and really like the thick neoprene & tough buckles. I do really like their chest plate harnesses- my previous dogs all wore one of these and had them for YEARS. Unfortunately my dogs are all too awkwardly shaped now to wear one of these  Not a fan of their quick fit and convert harnesses at all.
  12. OMG i LOVE Story's face. So huggable. I am not surprised she has done well. The babies all look so great, you should be so proud :)
  13. I love those ducks Scottsmum! So cute.
  14. WOW! Amazing photos. What an amazing experience.
  15. In that case... I would like $1M :D And a puppy for agility :D He is gorgeous! Congratulations!
  16. The next class here isn't until January, so we will have to wait!
  17. Sounds like you are doing everything right then Mowgliandme! I wish all owners were as dedicated :)
  18. Yes, you need to build the value for you, and be more exciting than anything else. Use SUPER tasty treats, lots of fun and weird noises and movements. The more you do with your dog the more this happens really. So plenty of quality time doing fun things will make you super cool. If you have a look on youtube for some of susan garretts recallers games like PB+J and Cookie in the corner - these also help teach a great recall, whilst being a fun game for your dog :) Otherwise just tricks! Literally the sky is the limit with tricks :) Do you feed her from a bowl? My dogs and pups get almost all of their food in the form of training games.
  19. Even just small amounts of beef fat that you'd trim off would be good. Not too much though.
  20. Yes i noticed this after a second look! Its really cool :) Great shots!
  21. Absolutely amazing photos! So glad you've got some greenery again too :)
